My husband and I purchased two plots via VGP at Vijayanagar 2, near Hosur somewhere in 93, for more than a lakh at that time. They said they would charge Rs.500 per plot as 'caretaker fees'. I have been paying a Rs1000 a year for both the plots; at first they sent receipts, then from '07 onwards, they send no receipts no matter how many times I write - even registered letters!!! Recently my son from Hyderabad, went to see the plots - and there was NOTHING, not even a line drawn anywhere to mark any plots. We had been told that development has been going on!!! This is so unexpected and aggravating. Now, reading the complaints of others, I am disgusted.
I don't know what to do next. Feel cheated. I believed they were a reputable company! Was this information helpful? |
