[Resolved]  Lodha Belmondo Pune - Tower 18 — Incomplete agreement – Flat No. 503 - Tower 18 – Lodha Belmondo

Dear Sir,

The agreement for sale for Lodha Belmondo Tower 18 should be between the builder, Mr. Mangal Prahat Lodha as confirming party and me.

This was informed to Lodha's relationship manager 2 to 3 weeks before the registration.

It appears that confirming party who owns the land is not party to the agreement.

Hence HDFC (who has already sanctioned my loan) has refused to accept this agreement and is unable to proceed with the disbursement.

They have suggested to Lodha's legal department to arrange for rectification of deeds.

The agreement is incomplete without the confirming party being involved.

This will create problem at the time of selling the flat.

But Lodha has refused to do the rectification

Hi Sushma,

Is your issue resolved? I also booked in Belmondo tower 8 and the blue print is not matching for

which SBI put loan on hold. Lodha gave me and bank incorrect blue print. Now Lodha is forcing me to

go to PNB as they are disbursing with incorrect blue print. I am not sure what to do? Same is issue

is faced by few other tower 8 customers. Any idea on this?
I am in the same situation where this builder is refusing to share documents with me for getting the bank loan sanctioned. On top of that I am being charged interest for delayed payments!! I always knew shady builders did these kind of things but it's amazing that *reputed* builders indulge in this type of behaviour and also seem to be getting away with it!!
