In 2008 I went for bought a 2 BHK flat from NCC Urban real estate company Bangalore with our family. I paid 75k as the booking amount for them. Their sales Manager Mr. Neerage kumar have promised so many amenities with 25 % discount in cost price if we shall booked the flat with in week. He told us in Raghav Project only 7 flat are remaining and registration for that will finish in month only. According to these statements I came into his plan and again I made the payment of 1.2 lacks to conform the registration. After thisNCC Urban Builder stopped every think, like they not responding to my call, information of construction , property document.
