However near by builders had made excellent progress. Patel realty keeps misguiding consumer on construction progress and does not response officially on project layout plan, status etc. Before you do any booking in this project, do a bit exploration on facebook or googlegroup. in short Please beware of this project and builder. Once you booked the apartment you are on their mercy.

i have also a booked a flat in this project . there is absolutely no progress in construction, . it appears builders have no intention of completing the project. they do not respond to any enquiry officially. they change their construction schedule every 3 months. i think buyers should form a union and approach CREDAI
