[Resolved]  Runwal Garden City Ph - Ii, Balkum Thane — Interest charge of 160101rs against delay payment charge

Dear Sir/Madam

No one is resolving the issue of INTEREST CHARGES of amount 160101Rs/- . Spoken over phone today morning to Mrs Sujata Rao. Yesterday met Mr Raju Malgiri.Everyone saying I have not made the payment within 7 days as written on the DEMAND LETTER.

But I had made every payment as fast as possible. Since I have taken the Housing Loan from LICHFL , these all payments were made by bank within their specified time period say 10 to 15 days.
Now you are charging compound interest and reaching to such a huge INTEREST amount which is burden on customer like me who have already make the M VAT payment in august as per govt rule.

Below are my concerns:

1) Delay payment from LICHFL after 7 days has been considered to arrive at the interest amount.

2) No intimation received from your side about the delay payment after 1st slab payment made.Otherwise such huge interest amount would not come.

3) Differential M Vat amount still not refunded from your side but no one is considering that concerns.

Once spoken regarding the statement written on DEMAND LETTER about @21% interest charge , your staff member told this is just your standard format , nothing to worry about this.

Then why now at time of possession only I am being informed that 160101Rs is due as a INTEREST AMOUNT? I can not pay such a huge amount..

Request to concern staff member in your organization to take a decision to waive of this amount to NILL so that I can have the possession of my flat 903/T1 ASTER (1.5 BHK) in RUNWAL GARDEN CITY PH-II within a week period. I am struggling hard to arrange the payment for other charges after making the M VAT payment in august 2012. So please don't put interest burden on me..

Anticipating a positive and quick response to settle the issue of INTEREST CHARGE which is not liable to me any how as per discussion till date with your staff members.

Please free to call me so that issue can be resolved as early as possible. Now its time for handover of the most awaited flat from last 3 years which we supposed to get in DEC 2011. Still waiting...

I am a small salaried person not a business man .... so lets make my dream of having flat in one of the most famous builder RUNWAL GARDEN CITY become true without giving me such a huge burden and shock of INTEREST CHARGES in which no where my fault only at the time of final payment for flat possession.
