I recently purchased a plot that belongs to Sai Nikitha Estates Pvt Ltd at Brindavanam 2. The plot is at anajipur village, Bhongir mandal. (Warangal highway).
I paid 90,000 a week back on October 22nd 2012 and booked the plot. They said they will refund my amount in case i change my mind. If not, they said i will have to pay the remaining 1,80,000 by January 2013.
Due to a sudden personal emergency, i called them and informed that i am backing out of this plot and told them to refund the money i paid. Now, they are telling me that they can't refund the money.

I am really upset and cheated with this real estate - Sai Nikitha Estates Pvt Ltd for not refunding my amount. I am planning to file a case against them very soon and drag all these cheaters to court.
My humble request to all the customers is to not fall trap in these type of real estate companies. I fell in this trap by looking at a scrolling advertisement in NGR channel which displays the price of plot at 689 per sq.yard. Was this information helpful? |
