I have booked one flat in satwi clarinet developed by satwi infra. I need completion certifcate for the floor in which i have booked my flat but builder is not providing me same. Im following up with them for completion certiifcate for more than 45 days but all the time I get only one response that they dont have completion certificate and asking me to switch to other bank where they have tie up and that bank wont ask for completion certificate else they will charge additioanl charge for the due amount.

Satwi infra is a big cheat. Satwi's Clarinet quality of work is very bad. Cheap materials are used also inexperienced/ unqualified labours are used for the project. People who bought apartment are repenting. Water leakages, incomplete wiring, broken tiles can be seen in the flats. They are coming up with Satwi's Vielle. I suggest before buying that please contact people who have bought in Clarinet and you would never ever think of buying the apartment. The builder speaks very nicely and convince to buy the apartment. once registration done, you would see a different attitude and he would never listen to you. I got fooled, so please you dont. Think 100 times before you buy Satwi's apartment.

I agree. the worst builder in the town. if you buy, then you are in trouble. I have bought in Satwi Clarinet and the quality is so poor. Even I suggest you contact satwi clarinet residents before buying in viella
