Even i am one of the customer of Skyline Waterfront.
I am facing the same issue as you guys.
The Builder is asking for more money now, saying you didnt pay money on time. but in the 1st case the builder has not intimated us of the payment to be made at all.

I have already made payment 75% of the payment and i live abroad.
All the while we used to get great customer care until we made 75% payment and suddently no news at all for 3-4 months and then we get a letter saying we dint make payment and hence need to make interest for late payment, which is ridiculous.

am trying to get in touch with Mr Dhiraj @ [protected]@skylineconstructions no respone from past 2-3 months after repeatedly sedning emails and the customer care paerson ( Rashmi Gowda) keeps on sending emails about late payment to be made.

Guys . please be careful with such companies, who are so damn cheap for some 10-20 K they make your life a hell .

if anyone of you have faced such issue, please help me out to which lawyer did u use to put a case against these builders.

I have booked a flat in SKYLINE Waterfront and have made almoist 90% of the payment, now builder is asking for extra payment in the form of Interest for late payments.

First of all, i dont understand when did i make late payment.
If a demand letter is requested saying we have completed consutuction upto 70-80% accordingly make payment which we have made for the past 2 years now all of sudden he says that there is later payment hence interest needs to be paid.

all my emails are only anwsered saying "Make payment for your delay" only and no Justification as to why to make payment, whose fault is it and when did i make delay .have i made delay in paying my 90% of the amount till now ?
Dhiraj Prabhu is not at all responding to my emails and he is gone hiding i feel, a lady called Nivedita and Reshma Gowda keeps on replying to our emails asking for money., money, money
Let me know, if you have faced such issues Guys, we all can go to consumer court and give a lesson to unethical company.

Please take action by issuing legal notice and thereafter if he didn't reply then file a compliant to the consumer court, for "deficiency of services".
