Poor management of orders and poor customer service. I ordered a kurta set on 14 October. They have no tracking id for the courier. You dont even provide the name of the courier service. After one month they are saying the courier got lost. They dont have the same kurta set so they have been telling me that they will refund the money. It has been more than a week. No response from their part. This is a scam. Im going forward with official complaint.
