Recharge Cube — Made payment for tataplay account but not reflecting

I had made a payment of Rs 1787 towards my Tata play account through Recharge cube website today. However, the payment is not reflecting in my Tata play account even though the amount has been debited by my bank. Please look into this asap. Thank you.
