[Resolved] Rechargecube.in — Mobile Recharge Failed but Money deducted

I recharged my Bsnl number for SMS pack of Rs31+ Rs2 processing fee, total of 33Rs on24th december 2021. But I haven't received any acknowledgement of my recharge instead my money was debited from the account. They have sent an email regarding successful recharge of not my number but the other number. Looks like its a fraud website. When I opened for Sms bsnl pack, this is the first one which Google has reflected and with encrypted version, So it clearly looked like authorized site instead of Fraud. I request Consumercomplaints Management to look in to the issue and Kindly do the needful.I have mailed the Concerned site ([protected]@rechargecube.in) about the issue but it reverted to my inbox itself.It failed.Hope I get my money back as soon as possible.

After sending mail to the Concerned website about the issue, they contacted through mail after 5 days and solved the issue.
