I am writing this on behalf of my father (in cc) who had a pathetic experience using your services.

Please find the attached reference of the transaction of INR2599 with Transaction Receipt #: 12828043 that was never credited to father's JIO account.

We have tried contacting Jio with the same complaint who (expectedly) referred us back to rechargecube guys.

Can you please help or advise the next legal steps?
