Yesterday (14/04/2022) I have paid ₹2000/- towards TataSky recharge. Amount was deducted from the account. But as of now (8.30AM, 15/04/2022), the TataSky has not received the amount. Kindly look into it and see that the amount is reached either to TataSky or to me (the customer).
The transaction detail that I received as an SMS is as below:
"Rs. 2, 000.00 was spent on your Debit Card XX0021 on[protected] at CAS*RCUBE, Gurgaon. Available Balance in your Account is xxxxxxxxx.UCO Bank" Was this information helpful? |
