They do not properly listen to or understand what the customer is asking for. Even after explaining the issue clearly multiple times, they often do things according to their own preference instead of addressing the customer’s actual requirement.
The response and resolution are also very slow. In many cases, only after repeated follow-ups and pressure do they take action.
