Red Bus,vaigai Travels — Bus break down and not arranging proper

Really my family got a bad night yesterday happened due to irresponsible person handling the bus operator company.

Family members travelled: 1-old man, 1- old women, 1 years old child, 7 years old child, One more women.

Bus came to pick up point and alight my family on to the bus. Around 12.00AM bus got repair and the driver repaired temporarily and again drove this vehicle. Around (03.01.21)1.00AM bus operator still try to repair (Near kallakurichi) and my family members ask them and he said bearing broken & Bus cannot move. After that around 2 hours my family members standing on the road with child's. Even next bus arrived and got 13 seats available. Driver is not taking responsible to alight ladies and child priority. Driver also talk to family members rudely. After that my family members alight another bus around after 2 hours and they are the last passenger to alight on the bus. After alight they got only 2 seats.All the 5 members sit on the 2 seats and travel to coimbatore.

I am really very upset due to this cause. Even the people bus operator don't have humanity. If your side not taking any action against vaigai travels and also I need whole money refund from the bus operator due to this overall I responsible issues.

If you are not taking any action I am going to file consumer complaints against redbus and vaigai travels.

Really worst worst worst bus operator.
