I am writing to formally raise a complaint about excessive noise pollution caused by the chimney of **Red Chilly’s Restaurant**, located on the **terrace of Ruby Tower, Mira Road**. The chimney operates late into the night, and the continuous noise severely impacts residents, especially those on higher floors.

The disturbance persists beyond midnight, leading to sleep disruption and health issues. The prolonged exposure is negatively affecting our quality of life.
