    We have purchased a bed for a pet from http://redpawsshop.com/ for Rs.3999.00, which we wanted to gift someone for their dog on his birthday which was on 25th June 2015, before purchasing we have called them to confirm if the bed size suitable for a 2 years old pug, they told us the dog can fit in the bed, but when we received the bed we thought its perfect for the dog as they have said so we didn't open the wrap. When we gifted it to our friend he told us the bed is for puppies & small dogs only, a 2 year old pug cant sleep on it. Then we tried to contact the website for informing the bed is smaller for a 2 years old pug, they refused to listen to anything & also kept on saying this bed is big enough for the dog. They are not agreeing their mistakes & they are saying they will not exchange the bed, which is wrong for any business as they have informed us this bed will be perfect size for the dog that's the reason we purchased it.     Please note that a policy is a policy. We cannot bend policies for people, rules exist for a reason. The policy that you agreed to while purchasing the product clearly states that:

    If you want to exchange any item you will have to courier back the item to be exchanged within 7 days of receipt of Exchange Notification email from our team. Products sent back to us after these 7 days we will not be able to exchange.


    - You received the product on May 18 2015 as per our tracking on Delhivery courier service.

    - It has been now as on the 2nd July, 45 days since your purchase.

    - No company will exchange goods after such a long period of time.

    -If there was a problem you could have notified us even after 10 days I would have accepted your order, not a problem.

    -You have stated that you were travelling hence you could not exchange. Everyone is trying to get by daily and has thousand of things to do daily still sending an email takes only about 1 -2 mins. So simply stating that you are travelling or were not in town is not an excuse that we can take into consideration after 45 days. If this sounds very direct or impolite then we are sorry but that is the way the world works.

    We did not force you to buy the product, recomendations are given out but the final decision is always yours depending on your choice. So saying that we forced you into buy something is absolutely absurd. The bed you have purchased will fit a normal sized adult pug and we have with our own eyes seem a pug sitting in this bed. The dimensions of the bed are given on the website so before buying you could have easily measured to get an idea about the dimensions.

    And your title 'red paws shop issued wrong order and they are not replacing the product' is wrong as we did not issue you a wrong item we sent to you exactly what you ordered.
