I had purchased one pair of slippers from the website.. But they didn't ship the product and canceled it.. Now they r not doing the refund .. They say we have processed it but they have not.. I asked for the utr number through wich I can check with my bank of ita processed but instead they r sending some random transaction id and when confirmed with bank.. They deny and refund process...
