Dear Sir,
I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the conduct of Red Wolf Info Tech Private Limited in relation to the distributor's investment and stock.
The distributor had invested approximately ₹2, 00, 000 (Rupees Two Lakh Only) in the company's product/business as part of the distributorship arrangement.
However, the company has allegedly taken/removed the entire stock belonging to the distributor without providing prior information, proper communication, or obtaining the distributor's consent. This has caused significant financial loss and concern to the distributor.
Despite repeated attempts to contact the company regarding this matter, the company is not receiving calls and is not providing any response or clarification. No proper explanation has been provided regarding the stock, the distributor's investment, or the settlement of the outstanding amount.
I therefore request the concerned management/authority to:
Provide a written explanation regarding why the distributor's entire stock was taken without prior information.
Provide a complete statement of the distributor's stock and account.
Clarify the status of the ₹2, 00, 000 investment made by the distributor.
Return the distributor's stock or provide appropriate financial settlement/refund, as applicable.
Provide a written response within a reasonable period and resolve the matter immediately.
If the matter is not resolved or no response is received, the distributor reserves the right to approach the appropriate legal and regulatory authorities and take further action available under applicable law.
All relevant documents, payment proofs, invoices, stock details, agreements, messages, and records of communication can be provided as supporting evidence.
