On 12.4..2022, I placed an order for a Blue tooth soundbar speaker system for Rs:410/-, vide order No.#64010. This was confirmed to me by Redapplefashion by email on 12.4.2022. On 14.4.2022, I sent an email asking for progress of dispatch of the item and its tracking. I am not getting any info from their side. In the meantime I registered with them with my email ID: [protected]@hotmail.com. and mobile No.[protected]. Now this account does not show my purchase shown above. I am not clear about my purchase as they are not giving any information on my purchase. Two times I said about this in their "contactus". I am not at all getting any response from them side. Their phone number [protected] and mail ID [protected]@redapplefashion.in given in their site are not functioning. They seem to be fraud. Please help me for the item or refund.
