Redboxmall — Sandals ordered have not been delivered

Hi. I placed an order for Clarks Women's sandals on 13th December and paid for the same. However, they have not yet been delivered. I received the following message from them on placing the order. Looks like they are fake.

Can we hope anything will be done in this matter. It's pathetic how openly someone can cheat to such a larger extent and no action is taken. Please help us getting our refund.

I saw same sandals, same brand on a new website. Looks like they have opened a new website with a different name to cheat more folks.
Guys I have file a complaint at National consumer helpline .

This is number for ur ready reference.
I request all those who got cheated to file a complaint so that we can raise our voice united and get some justice.
