I had booked a bus from Kunavaram to Hyderabad for December 10, 2025, with PNR RB3268655 and Ticket No. TUD[protected], priced at ₹1245.75. However, I received several calls and a text message from the bus operator informing me that the service had been cancelled. As a result, I booked another bus Bhadrachalam to Hyderabad under PNR 2213163 and took an RTC bus to Bhadrachalam to catch that service.
Despite the earlier cancellation, my RedBus app incorrectly shows that I completed the trip. I have contacted customer care multiple times requesting a full refund, but I keep receiving the same response that the issue is under review, with no resolution so far. Was this information helpful? |
