On 13-Apr-2026, I booked a ticket from Hyderabad to Nellore (Ticket No: TV5D21547881, PNR: IC[protected] with a reporting time of 19:25 PM and departure at 19:50 PM. At 19:36 PM, I was asked to board immediately, but when I contacted the number provided in the ticket, I was misinformed about the pickup van’s arrival. At 19:52 PM, I was told to proceed to Ameerpet, even though IntrCity later claimed the van only reached the designated pickup point at 19:58 PM and departed at 20:02 PM. This contradiction, combined with misleading contact information, lack of communication when the van departed, and my confirmed presence at the pickup point until 20:10 PM with no vehicle seen, raises serious concerns about the accuracy of their records and accountability. I therefore request proof of their claims, a thorough re-investigation, and a fair resolution of my refund request under Complaint ID #32369536.
