We are glad we didn't buy a flat at Mahaveer Amaze, the upcoming flats in Kadugodi. We went to the Mahaveer office at MG Road to meet Nagesh for certain clarifications on a flat that we were interested in. This particular flat was available and its availability was confirmed by Nagesh with his colleague in front o[censored]s on phone. After an hour into our discussion, Nagesh's genius brains started working and he abruptly informs us that the flat has suddenly been sold out. The intent was to save the best flat for themselves to inflate prices...like any other real estate builders!! These people showed no respect for the time we gave them on a weekday and are totally non-committal about everything!! We are just glad we didn't end up putting our money since that would have been a harder hit to take!!!
