[Resolved]  Redtape.com — Refund not received for cancelled order from redtape.com

I placed an order on July 8, 2025, on the website https://redtape.com for Sneakers Shoes for Women – Size 5, White/Blue (Order ID: RTL458666).
I cancelled the order on July 30, 2025 (Order ID : RTL481867) and received confirmation of the cancellation on the website.
