I, Prasanth K, residing at Bangalore, am filing this complaint against RedCarpet Loan App, seeking immediate intervention from the Consumer Court due to severe harassment, cyber attacks, and fraudulent activities. From July 19, 2023, I'm experienced distressing actions as the company's agents gained unauthorized access to my phonebook, leading to the compromise of personal contacts. Subsequently, explicit and morphed images were circulated to relatives and friends, causing severe emotional distress. Furthermore, the company's representatives, claiming association with RedCarpet Loan App, engaged in coercive tactics, threatening legal actions and using intimidating language for loan repayment. I request the Consumer Court to investigate these serious allegations, order the immediate cessation of harassment, impose penalties on RedCarpet Loan App, and award compensation for the mental agony and emotional distress caused by the company's actions.
