I Bought A Redgear Keyboard From Amazon But Within Days Of Not Even Using The Rbg Of Some Keys On The Keyboard Got Dim. So I Filed An Online Complaint, And My Product Was Picked From My Place On 24 Oct And Reached At The Redgear Service Center On 26 Oct From Then I Have Not Received Any Update From Redgear. I Have Even Called At The Service Center Many Many Time But They Always Say That You Will Get An Update Today Regarding Your Product But I Don't.
