Hi,
i am hp gas customer, having customer number 600720, registered mobile number [protected], tried booking a gas cylinder yesterday on 08th Sept. 2023 at 21:03 pm.
During this process rs. 960.50 amount was debited two times from my credit card for single gas cylinder booking. Also write mail to [protected]@hppay.in with all credit card statement and messages get in registered mobile, but didnot get any reply.
It has been more than 24 hours but neither have i received the refund nor i see any process initiated by hpgas to refund the same. Was this information helpful? |
