I have given pre-paid order for a refurbished OPPO Smart phone 8 gb 128 gb on 5 th June 2022, by paying ₹1799/- vide order no.38573 DTD[protected], but till date no despatch details received from them, and no response of my email sent on[protected]. Please cancel my order and refund my amount.

Since I placed my order for a refurbished Sony full 32inches HD smart TV and was messaged that my order will be arriving by 07/11/2022, up to the present, I haven't received my order yet after paying for it through the Paytm transaction. For Hollexp business to be in a good term without problems faced with on their business, I am kindly urging their office now to deliver before this issue is extended in the highest range. Below is attached proof of my tone, here.

Thanks, hope you will hopefully take this from international personnel because I am giving this service three working days to dispatch with my order if they don't need any further steps taken.
