Sir, under the head of Regal Waves International services Private Limited, on 12/08/2023, we have paid 18000/- for a trip plan. The office was situated at Amanora Mall, Chember Office No.313, Hadapsar, Pune-28. However, they deceive us and made a fraud with us. The office staff people namely as Mr. Kishor, Manager- Mr. Pradip Soni and Miss. Priti Gaikwad, had a ID Card of Regal Waves Symbol, but now the office is closed and there is no one to give response. The people runaway and nobody know whereat they have gone. Kindly do something and refund our money to us. Actually, we don't know who were the people, actually a staff member of REGAL or not. But they took our money under the head of Regal Waves International services Private Limited, as a representative of this company, they have provided us a free movie ticket on 28/08/2023 attached herewith other conversation.
