We have paid 18k for a trip and the next day we called them to plan a trip for which we have paid complete amount they asked to contact on customer care number after 4 days somebody picked up the call and he do not have a itenary for that place we have time to get back to us again we followed up as they never get back. They will show you 4-5 star hotels as shown in their booklet and their agreement and then here come’s the real picture They are providing hotel which are of 700-800 rupees a day so we asked to provide better hotel option and as promised by them 30-40%off on flight tickets if intimated before 45 days. We had even visited their office in Amanora mall again but they are providing lame reasons like we can give around 5-10% that anyone can get ideally. They just to get money from you, falling around that you are one of 10 families they are choosing, will ask you to come to their office as you have been selected as privileged member and you’ll get free salon, movie vouchers which they would never give. They will ask you to wait for an hour meanwhile they will try to attract you with these deals and if you get caught like us then consider your money is gone. We are still continuously following up without them replying, by chance if they pick up the call they will say will get back which they won’t. I want the refund the back..
