This is to inform you that, i've attended on session with regalia guys, they spent 1 hour to convince us anyhow, once we ready for the plan, immediately they swapped my credit cards and took an amount as non refundable.
Immediately 4-5 pages agreement made which can't be attainable by same time.
Once swiped cards, now we've to pay to the banks, after 2 days approached them for cancellation, they simply denied that cancellation policy is not available, though you want to cancel, you'll get 10% amount only.
Continuing this, i've shown interest and initiated for one of holiday plan for march-19, initiated mid of dec-18 approx and till date there is no positive outcome from their side. This is feb-19 and i'd plan of mar-19, how can i book flights and all without their bookings.
Even they'll give you accommodation only in listed resorts, not in 3-4 starts, all for the name sake, that too excluded with sight seen and local transport.
When they tried to convince for membership, they offered the accommodation with site seen including cab with driver with you till your package days.
All were nonsense, i've been victim of them.
Please suggest to get out from this.
