I have ordered my kitchen with Regalo Gurgaon office paying 50% payment on 08 October 2024 confirming simultaneously that in max 45 days from this date I want my order to be delivered at my address.
But abhishek and Adalib who are my point of contact kept on delaying my process by not doing their work in time.
Every time I pointed out that the way u r working will delay my delivery but every time they replied that it will be done sir. They both ignored my requests repeatedly on WhatsApp group created by Abhisek with Adalib and Suraj.
They delay my process due to their slow working and non performance. And this was done intentionally.
Every time I asked them very clearly to meet the 45 days counted from 08 Oct 2024 and deliver my order accordingly but they never changed and kept on maintaining their poor working. I asked them since beginning that if you cannot fulfil my requirements and deadline of delivery it’s better not to proceed ahead in my order and to do cancellation of my order with 100% refund. But they gave me fake promises that they will deliver before 30 th Nov 2024. I am ok with it.
