Sir,
I had booked your rbig tv connection installation and the booking id is 14557321. It was said that the installation will be done between 30 to 35 days but no one has contacted me yet. I had twice complained on emal at customer on 9.10.18 and 22.11.18 but received no mail. I am attaching hereby the copy of booking confirmation and bank statement by with the money was transferred.
Please look into the status. If installation is not possible kindly refund the money.
