I want to report the unprofessional and rude behaviour of a visa agent from Regency Travel. My elderly father called the agent for visa consultation, but when his first call went unanswered, he called again as any concerned individual would do . The agent responded rudely, shouting at him without understanding the reason for the follow-up. She also provided incorrect information and behaved disrespectfully, causing unnecessary stress.
This behavior is unacceptable and unprofessional, especially in a service industry. I request immediate action to address this issue and ensure better accountability for future customers.
