My luggage was damaged during my travel by regent airways flight no. Rx0791, booking reference no. Aflchd on 11.11.19 from dhaka to kolkata.
The luggage tag no. Is 0652 rx 148064.
The airlines representative who collected my boarding check in luggage tag refused to help me at the airport.
I lodged a complain to to the airlines by mail but there has been no response from their side.
I was traveling with my family and had to face a lot of trouble during my flight starting from delay in take off to luggage being damaged along with goods inside the luggage.
The cost of my luggage (Delsey suitcase) is rs.14940 as per the invoice attached in my mail to airlines.
I would request you to kindly do the needful to get me compensation for my damaged luggage.
