[Resolved]  Reghuraj P R — Failure of transaction and amount not refunded

I had made transaction for an amount of Rs. 33000/_ on 01 november 20 at 20.35 hrs vide yransaction id[protected] to [protected]@upi through bhim app from my account [protected]@upi. However the amount is debited from my account and it is not credited to the beneficiary till date. Complaints had been raised through the bhim site, no action had been initiated till date.
