Regional Passport Office Dehradun — I am complaining about delay in my passport renewal

I am Vaibhav Swaroop resident of Dehradun. I applied for passport renewal 5 months back and initially didn't bribe to LIU. As a result, process was sent to my native city and the concern inspector have shared the adeverse verification report to RPO Dehradun and now all inquiry are done. But no update on portal and not able to take appointment. Pl help me to resolve this issue and get my passport renewal. My application number is 23-[protected].
