Regional Pf Commissioner Bangalore — Final statement for pf number kn / wf / 45569 / 3325

Hi,

I have withdrawn the pf funds and got the amount but the final statement was not provided.

Also, there is no option to select the kn / wf code.

Please provide the instructions to claim the employee pension scheme funds.
