Reilance Digital — Mis selling and non repairment.

I visited your Jabalpur store on 15th august 2025. My only concern while purchasing was the product should be of manufacturing year 2025 and warranty must be covered by original manufacturer. When the product was delivered it was of 2024 manufacturing year, as I paid through credit card EMI which was again mis sold by the executive telling me that its 0 cost but later found out from the bank that I have cost involved with that EMI, so I have no idea how will I get the refund if I do not accept the delivery, so i accepted the product. For selling a product the executive committed fraud with me at 3 points.

Further, the AC broke down after few days of installation and various people visited after I tracked the complaint many times and different technicians stated different issues. Finally after many attempts the AC was repaired.

Now, again on 15th October my AC broke down and after repeated reminder different technician visited on 17th and 20th of October, but till date no resolution has been made. The process of sending new technician every time is pathetic as I have to tell the problem again and he starts the process of finding the fault from beginning.
