I applied for the Executive PG Programme in Machine Learning and AI (IIIT Bangalore) via UpGrad and received a loan approval from Propelld (Application ID: 668573).
However, my application was later rejected due to eligibility mismatch, and I was not informed clearly before the loan process began. This has caused financial and emotional stress, as the loan is still marked active, and I have already incurred a monetary loss.
I request UpGrad to:
Issue a formal statement confirming rejection and non-enrollment
Coordinate with Propelld to stop any disbursement or EMI schedule
Process refund (if any amount was paid to UpGrad)
Share a written acknowledgment of my complaint
