Rejecting Application Civil Srvore — Rejecting my application

I have an EMI card no...[protected] issued to me by Bajaj Finance which has been received by me few weeks backs. I tried using the card yesterday and was rejected due to my low CIBIL score. This has happened despite of telling Bajaj Finance upfront that i am under going a dispute with bank and my CIBIL scores are effected. At the time of application they told me that if your card comes you will be eligible to buy products from our channel partner but the transaction was declined. I feel harassed as my image was tarnished in front of the retailer when the transaction was declined and want to understand that why i was forced t apply for the card when it was not supposed to be used by me and why did your people asked me to pay the fees for the card. I would also like to understand that what should i do with the card now. Thanks!!!
