Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my recent purchase from your Reliance Digital store.

Product Name / Model: Godrej washing machine
We have contacted the store manager regarding the delivery issue; however, there has been no response for the past 10 days from store manager resulting in significant customer dissatisfaction.

Despite contacting your customer support and visiting the store / following up multiple times, my issue remains unresolved. This delay and lack of proper response has caused me significant inconvenience.

I request your immediate intervention to resolve this matter at the earliest. My expected resolution is:

I am extremely disappointed with the very poor service provided by the store and the store manager. The issue related to my return/refund amount has not been resolved even after 20 days, and there has been no proper response or follow-up from the store team.

Despite repeated visits and calls, the store manager has failed to provide clear information or take responsibility for resolving the issue. This level of service is unacceptable and reflects poorly on customer handling and management.
I request immediate intervention from higher authorities to resolve this matter at the earliest. Kindly treat this as a serious complaint and ensure prompt action.

Looking forward to a quick and satisfactory resolution.

The washing machine was damaged, and even the pickup was delayed unnecessarily. The machine was finally taken back on January 3rd, and I was explicitly informed that the refund would be processed within 7 days. Despite this assurance, I have still not received the refund, nor have I received any clear communication.

This delay and lack of accountability are unacceptable. I want to know exactly when the refund amount will be credited to my account. Please provide a specific date and confirmation for the refund immediately.

If this matter is not resolved at the earliest, I will escalate this issue to higher authorities without further notice.
