I had done shopping of Rs.3318.65 from reliance smart, chikkalsandra on 8th September 2023. And while billing payment got Sodexo card but according to executive at billing counter the amount didn't reflect their system hence again paid through Phone pay. And immediately complain(no :SD[protected] was launched on their internal system but after 15 days also they didn't revert back nor did i get my amount back. I had to take follow-up serval times but there is no response yet. Today almost 1 months passed i didn't any feedback nor did i receive my amount. This is worst experience i experienced.
And i didnot expect this cheap experience Reliance Smart. Was this information helpful? |
