With reference to Request id[protected], I wish to state that the request from my side has not been cleared, so it should not be considered as resolved. The complaint is related with the service issue where I am getting a reminder call for service to get it done by next day but the due date is 31 March. I received the call on 02 March which is quite early to give a reminder and above that the caller talked in a very rude manner and disconnected the call. The reminder caller made calls for three times and all three times the call was disconnected from that side. Today again I got a call and I wished to speak to the owner but from other side a request was made to resolve the case, for which I did not agree. Even after my persistent No for resolving the case, I got SMS from the customer care that case has been resolved. Was this information helpful? |
