[Resolved]  Relarc — Loan

I have not taken any loan from RelArc, but its affecting my cibil score.
From CIBIL score site. I came to know that, my cibil score is down because of loan from RELARC. But I have not taken any loan from them.

I was born in 16/02/1992, but loan was created on 30/12/1996. how it is possible to do.
