Resp.Sir, A Navy blue colour sleeper(H-228-Gennis8) was purchased from your authorized dealer Relaxco Footwear Ltd shop No.3755 Relief Road Ahmedabad on 19/11/2015( Phone no.[protected]vide details mentioned under subject. On wearing chappal on 30/11/2015, I found my both the foots in blue colour, I brought to the notice of dealer Shri Ashishbhai on 1/12/2015, and 18/12/2015, I was surprised to know when he replied that there is no colour guarantee.The answer given by him was in aggressive & insulting way. Daily till date chappal is losting its colour with the result foots colour does not go and foots becomes colourable and ugly and further Mr. Ashishbhai told me that I can move to anywhere but he will not exchange or refund the amount. Sir, I am a Banker and understand that Relaxo is very standard and reputed company and capture almost every part of India. The aggressive reply and misbehaviour by Shri ashishbhai is required to be answered by your kind honour besides refund or change of sleeper. In view of foregoing, I humbly request your honour to examine the issue by contacting shri ashishbhai, Reaxco Footwear Relief Road, Ahmedabad[protected]and reply me as early as possible for deciding further line of action sir,
