To the manager of relaxwell...
We have purchased 72*60*5 eco in the month of may 2017 from m/s ispat general agencies within 4 months stitching has been all around the metis.
Being isis 8391 and guarantee for 2 years... We purchased relax well mattress after the assurance from the dealer that the quality of the mattress is very good and excellent.
The store manager and the management has impressed us to buy relaxwell instead of kurlon but we are very much disappointed with the quality. Your local sales person is not giving proper response though we have given serval phone calls.
We request you to change the mattress immediately and sorry to says we got very poor service.
Sorry to says failing this we need to take necessary action.

The local person here is very rude and not speaking with customers in a proper manager.
May i know what are the things that are covered under warranty...
The local person here says we have to bear the charges for stitching's... May i know the reason why
