Reliance Capital Limited — Prepayment charges for used car loan

I have availed used car finance from Reliance Capital. Account No RLUCHYD[protected]. Now I am selling my car and want to prepay the loan. I have referred the buyer of the car to RCL and he is availing loan from RCL only. They are charging 5.70% as prepayment charges. On repeated requests they said they will waive maximum of 2%. Why should they charge prepayment when i am closing the loan from sale of car and also as i have referred a client to them
