I, Abdul Hamid Agwan (400612), complain against Reliance Digital (ResQ) for deficiency in service & unfair trade practice.

Issue: On 18/02/2026, no engineer visited. Yet ResQ app falsely marked service "COMPLETED". I requested refund to [protected]@resq.in. Ms. Urooj Fatima demanded original invoice & yellow booklet. However, "Download Invoice" option is greyed out on ResQ app & website – beyond my control. I sent UPI payment screenshot & greyed-out screenshot. Company still refuses refund, insisting on documents I cannot access.
Grievance: Paid for service not delivered, job falsely marked completed, and unreasonable document demand blocking refund – amounts to unfair trade practice & deficiency in service under Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Relief sought: (1) Refund ?189 (2) Compensation for harassment (3) Action against false marking.
